You want ‘em? We gotcha covered! Balls and Skeins goal is to give you the tools you need to create original works of art. Whether you’re interested in knitting baby sweaters, scarves, shawls, or felting projects, let us help to give you the confidence you want with our professional instructors. Beginners’ classes as well as more advanced techniques are taught on a consistent basis. Plus, our friendly staff is always on hand to assist you with on-going projects.
Balls and Skeins April & May Classes
Knitting with Kathy Snyder $20/Class
Tuesdays: April & May. 6:30 – 8:30 pm, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 & May 7, 14, 21, 28
Need some knitting help? Kathy is here for you. Assistance is available any project you choose. Socks, Fingerless Gloves, Sweaters, etc. Learn from others in this fun group setting.
Spring/Summer Socks $60
Thursdays: 6-8pm, April 4, 11, 18 with Kathy Snyder
Become fixated with Fixation! Work up a pair of springy cotton socks to keep your feet happy during spring and summer. Anklets, if you like, go wonderfully well with the seasons (and with size 6 needles!). BONUS: they never seem to wear out.

Knitting and Crocheting with Bonnie Reardon $20/Class
Sundays: April & May. 1-3pm, April 7, 14, 21, 28 & May 5, 12, 19, 26
Need some help? Bonnie is here for you. Bring your project or start a new one. With Bonnie’s assistance you can make just about anything. With Bonnie’s valuable expertise in knitting, crocheting, finishing and more; you can accomplish that project you’ve always dreamed of making. Have your project and materials picked out prior to class.
Grab a couple of friends and you design your own class. Can be for a special occasion (birthday party) or just for fun. We can help plan it. Just stop in or give us a call
Beginning Knitting with Kathleen Daly $60
Sundays: 10 am – noon, May 5, 12, 19
This class is for those of you who have never picked up a set of needles. You will learn the basics of how to knit, including casting on, knitting, purling and ribbing. By the end of this class you will be ready to start your first project.

1 skein worsted weight yarn in a light color
1 pair of size 8 or 9 straight needles

Baby Surprise Jacket with Kathy Snyder. $60
Thursdays: 6-8pm, May 2, 16, 23
Learn to knit a single piece of fabric and fold it right into a baby jacket! Change the yarn weight and needle size and create new
jackets in sizes to fit the growing children. Garter stitch at its finest! You can see a picture of the Baby Surprise Jacket on our blog, or come into the store to see a sample in person!

3 oz. sport weight yarn to fit newborn
8 oz. worsted weight yarn to fit one-year old or older
12 oz. bulky weight yarn to fit 3 year-old or older

CLASS POLICIES
- You can sign up for a class in person in the store, by email, or over the phone with a credit card.
- Make sure to call to check availability of seats in the classes.
- Classes will begin promptly at the scheduled time, so please purchase your supplies in advance.
- All classes must be paid for at time of registration. a materials list will be provided at that time.
- All class registrations are final, no refunds or exchanges. Please send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
- In the event that Balls and Skeins is forced to cancel a class, a refund will be issued.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled class time.
